Missing cat

I am thinking the worst. Boots did not come back last night. I really thought he would come up to the house and meow and he was just playing can't catch me which I couldn't even keep track of where he was going in the dark and I didn't want to 'chase' him through a boundary fence. My new AB must be great because even being unable to avoid crying has not triggered a sinus bout.
