I cannot understand how they (Hamas and all supporters) can get away with saying Israel is not letting relief supplies into Gaza when they have a border with Egypt as well. Call me a big 'ole meany, but if Egypt is not working with the UN to get relief supplies into Gaza, perhaps there isn't really much of a crisis? Or it is not only Hamas that WANTS suffering palestinians for propaganda purposes. I know U.S. education in geography is pretty weak but come ON.
Big bad cynic that I am I am also wondering how much the families of civilian casualties get paid? I'm sure its not a big jackpot like having raised up a suicide bomber, but there must be some reason some of the palestinians are encouraging their kids to play on rooftops and in lots next to Hamas weapon's caches in the middle of this brief war action by Israel.
Israel tries to minimize civilian, especially child casualties and especially of their own citizens, building bomb shelters against the rocket attacks; but also pre-warning gazans in the buildings they will strike.
But they are fighting a group that celebrates death. Death to the 'infidels' but they also celebrate the holy martyrdom when their own youngsters die. Although they put on a few minutes of tears and outrage for the cameras to sway westerners, since they know we value life almost as deeply as the jews.
