Chiro visit today. My shoulder was out in 2 joints that Dr W said are very close together. Hopefully everything feels better in the long run but today it seems all the muscles that have been having to compensate are now free to whine or things are inflamed because I waited nearly 2 weeks or something. OTOH I came off Shade AGAIN yesterday so if I had gone to chiro earlier it probably would have gotten undone anyway.
Went on my ~ every 10 days target shopping trip. OH MY, prices are going up up up. I think I need to plan on pushing to get my barn/quonset built and well digging done this summer/fall or my savings to do this will be eaten away by the inflation. HOW I WISH we could pull U.S. citizenship for everyone that wants socialism. We'd be better off even if we bribed Canada, France, Cuba etc 10-20K to take them. Canada probably does not want them but they are letting in loads of muslim freeloaders, or were, perhaps Harper will tighten up their immigration policies. Anyway it really pisses me off that they could go to any of dozens of places that already HAD socialist governments but NO, they want to stay here but turn the U.S. into another socialist society and they are damn close to succeeding in making sure we can't just go back to a capitalist republic. Very soon things will just have to collapse and odds are higher that the most ruthless power hungry slick talker gets in and becomes a dictator than we get another proper republic after any collapse.
Some times I think *I* worry more about the future of the country BECAUSE I don't have any kids. I'm not distracted with concerns about their individual opportunities so I turn the mothering instinct to the country overall (+ the horses and pets of course but that is not as long term as humans) Of course it may just be that I'm surrounded by libs at work so their concerns for the country are all "oh noes the stupid public might reject our smart solutions again" And I was apathetic about politics until 2008. I can only hope enough people that can understand how badly socialism fails every time it is tried have been aroused to turn things around, if its not already too late.

That would be because everywhere else socialism has been tried is broke or near broke and now, thanks to socialists, we are even more broke too.
