Had to open the AC vent in the office

and my face still feels flushed. I had sunscreen on this morning so shouldn't be sun-burned. Blech I don't like this flushed sensation. Hope to heck I'm not going to have a summer of early onset hot flashes or other menopause crap, and am not getting sick. I probably just got pretty overheated before I realized I was getting too warm. Thank goodness I don't live in the deep south - maybe I would acclimate in a few months but I fear I'd just become a total couch potato.
