I am still not positive that there is no issue, she might have a little hitch in her back or in a back leg or foot but I'm pretty sure the RF that was sore the day after she pulled the shoe is fine.
I emailed the RM and said I'd be volunteering on Friday with 13 year old twins and she said she was overfilled on volunteers. So I told the family that I was pushing back one day and would drive up on Friday. If we'd be extraneous than I may as well preserve my PTO hours, maybe I'll be doing more rides this fall or next year.
